Escape the outside world & retreat to the mountains of this private estate, where 'gin clear" rivers greet you upon arrival. Try your hand at landing that wily bucket list brown trout. And depending on the time of the year, you might be fortunate to spot salmon running. Explore the rugged & in some parts, untouched terrain, to fish one of the most secluded fly fishing spots in New Zealand. Your accommodation options are only a short walk from the river. And should you require a guide, catering or a helicopter, it is all available upon request. We encourage all anglers (who are lucky enough to secure a booking for the season) to exercise "catch & release" etiquette to ensure fish stocks have an opportunity to mature & flourish. This option is suitable for fly fishermen who are wanting a bit of local knowledge to land that "bucket list big brown". Whether you're an international guest or domestic client wanting to see a rare gem, it will be an experience you will not forget. Guide Client Ratio: Maximum of two clients per guide.
